Established in November 2020 in the capital city of Abu Dhabi, HMS CAFETERIA SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC was established under the leadership of Mr. Hamed Mohsen Ahmed Alhamed al Hashmi – a young, energetic and talented professional with a vast experience of the UAE’s F&B industry. Gaya Cafe is something that HMS has brought and introduced to the Abu Dhabi market.
Currently, HMS is operating in Abu Dhabi market with 10 outlets and has a vision to expand the outlets up to 27 in the near future. HMS is focused and determined to being inclusive, and providing the opportunity to special needs people and playing a vital role on local charitable causes around the community. Mr. Hamed is a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Sheikh Zayed University from Abu Dhabi and has a hands own experience in retail, food and beverages, trading, stock market and financial market of UAE. He is energetic self-motivated person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any undertaken task. As a graduate with four years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cashflow management, problem solving and decision making, he is capable to work with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. Through his commitment to his people, he inspires a high-performance culture by setting out a clear strategic direction, delivered through a dynamic 'hands-on' leadership team.
Mr. Buddhika Amal is holding Master Degree in Hospitality Management from Alison University Ireland. He is a professional in training and marketing related to food and beverages, he is excellent in management of tough operations, he multi-tasking and skill-oriented personality that believes on practical approach. Mr. Buddhika Amal is expert of conducts feasibility analysis and acts responsible in setting up new stores by sourcing new locations and involves in A TO Z in developing complete business plan and business strategy from fit-out, stock, equipment purchases to store opening.
Mr. Khaled Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Khalifa University Abu Dhabi. With a long and successful history in the region, Mr. Khaled Mohamad continues to drive the transformation of HMS in its relentless focus on continuous growth. In his role as management Officer, he is responsible for maintaining the distinctiveness of the HMS way of doing business. He Monitors and coordinates with purchasing team to ensure optimum stock levels within the stores at all times. And performs inventory analysis on regular basis to ensure warehouse stock is of the highest quality, whilst also being best priced to ensure the highest financial return for the business units. He is expert of costing, financials, operations management and deals with and resolves any complaints from customers, building management, landlords, tenants and government bodies.
Mr. Jackson Peter holds a Bachelor Information Technology and Information Systems from Kerala India. He is expert of Computer Programming, Database Management, Network Administration, Software Engineering. He has vast experience of dealing with multinational companies related to IT issues. Mr. Jackson is having hands-on work while computer science focuses on software development, network engineering, and computing theory.
Mr. Muhammad Nadeem is holding MBA in Banking & Finance, and CPA from Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan with Bachelor Degree in Commerce and 10 years’ experience in UAE Financial market. he is Passionate about business and consistently delivering the best in Finance, he is a believer in building long-term strategic partnerships forged through relationships that deliver on-going excellence to all stakeholders. He is having an analytical, communication, forecasting & budgeting techniques and providing advice in making financial decisions, directing investments, and making financial forecasts. Mr. Nadeem is expert of mergers, acquisitions, incomes, and investments among others also expert of developing finance policies and strategies for the company, conducting research, monitoring the accounting and finance and HR departments, by providing support to operational team through information analyses, preparation of operational data, identifying areas of cost reduction, periodical forecasting and analyzing performance of finance department. He has the skills that are emphasized in the sample include a detailed knowledge of treasury and its practicalities, accounting and finance knowledge, advanced excel skills, proficiency in MS Office and having practical experience in Oracle finance analyzer or equivalent.
